Liberty Bowl Champions with Tony Caridi, Brad Howe and Hoppy Kercheval

Liberty Bowl Champions with Tony Caridi, Brad Howe and Hoppy Kercheval
West Virginia's football team ended its most improbable season with a bowl victory on the last day of a year that no one will forget.

The Mountaineers erasing an 11-point second-half deficit was a major accomplishment, but to do that with quarterback Austin Kendall who had not appeared in a game in 110 days, will go down as one of the all-time memories in Mountaineer bowl history.
Kendall successfully led two touchdown drives while WVU's defense held Army's vaunted running game to 100-yards below its season average.

On this episode the "Guys" dissect a rainy night in Memphis and what it means to the WVU program now and in the future.

Join the crew again on Tuesday for a recap of the Mountaineer basketball team's two-game road trip to Oklahoma and the latest on the departure of Oscar Tshiebwe.

Liberty Bowl Preview vs Army with Tony Caridi, Brad Howe and Hoppy Kercheval

Liberty Bowl Preview vs Army with Tony Caridi, Brad Howe and Hoppy Kercheval
The Mountaineer football team is hoping to end an unforgettable season with a positive memory.

Thursday's date with Army in the Liberty Bowl provides both schematic and mental challenges for a WVU team that hopes to take a momentum gaining victory into the off-season.

The 9-2 Black Knights present a unique option attack that keeps the ball away from opposing teams. Can the Mountaineers slow down the option? Will the Mountaineer offense take advantage of a questionable Army pass defense?

The "Guys" give a detailed breakdown and answer listener questions. Yes, there's more talk about boar-hunting and Hoppy's retaining wall. Why not?

Join the fellas Friday for a complete recap of the bowl game and preview of the Mountaineer basketball team's upcoming two-game Big 12 road trip.

Three Cycle Strength Episode 6 – Chris Nichols – No Excuses Mentality

Three Cycle Strength Episode 6 – Chris Nichols – No Excuses Mentality

Chris Nichols, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the United States Military Academy Preparatory School (USMAPS), opens up about the harsh adversity of being hit by a roadside bomb in Iraq, and how it ultimately made him a better leader and strength coach.

Nichols has never been one to back down from a challenge, but when the former Army fullback was told he may lose his leg, or at best never run or lift again, even his warrior mindset, grit and tenacity were put to the test. Through it all, he learned a No Excuses Mentality that all future Army leaders he trains can benefit from.
