"Selling" is not evil. If someone says "no" to your product, it just means that AT THAT MOMENT they are not interested. Selling is a good thing. It's a respectable skill too. It's also a necessary skill for many trades. If you want to be successful in business, you have to understand that at some point, you are most likely going to have to sell SOMETHING. It might not even be a product or a service as it might be your skillset. With this in mind, if you don't overcome this fear of selling, you won't make it as far you could. None of us are perfect though. We all have something we need to work on. So, why don't we start working on it now? Not tomorrow.

You Can't Steer the Boat and Clean the Deck at the Same Time

"You can't steer the boat and clean the deck at the same time." Basically, you can't do it all at the same time. There are times where you need to put your head down and get some work done. There are also times when you will have to put your trust in others to help you, AFTER you make sure they can do the work. I'm not saying that it'll be easy to find people who you can trust to do excellent work on your team. However, I am saying that you only have 24 hours in a day. You can either spend those 24 hours being frustrated because of all the tasks you couldn't get done for your vision, or you can convince more people to see your vision as well.
