We join a conversation between Pat Cruz and Juli Crockett as they discuss the creation of CNP's The George Project: A Liberation Through Hearing, a new seven-part audio play inspired by and adapted from When This War is Over, You’re Going to Get it George, a 1975 meditation on the brutal logics of war by artist Emilio Cruz. Cruz and Crockett share a lively discussion about the inquiries that forged Emilio’s work, and the power of creativity to connect us to multiple planes of the human experience.

Moby Dick: The Radio Play Adapted by Phil Hall was an idea offered by Phil Hall in July 2018 and through tenacity and determination, the concept became a reality, airing December 1st, 2019. Through many rehearsals and rewrites and multiple recording sessions throughout 2019. The first draft of the first section of the story written by Hall in October 2018 with a subsequent rewrite that December. After the April Nutmeg Junction celebration, more focus was placed on Moby Dick. A second draft was submitted in July 2019 and then after more rewrites, the third version was ready in August and the majority of the show was recorded in September.  After Nutmeg Junction performed two more live shows (one in October, one November), the editing process commenced.

It took 14 hours to produce this half hour first half of Moby Dick.

Then we have the Doc Keen LIVE story from the live show that didn't make it on to the three live episodes. Finally we end with a classic Professor A story: My Brother's Keeper.

Private Eye Harriet Holmes is in deep in her investigation of the charismatic Congressman Jack Vindle. Discovering just how Vindle is holding illicit communications outside the public eye, Holmes has to take steps to discover the truth but can she do it in time? And what steps will Vindle take as he learns more about Holmes? Is that Vindle outside her door? Tune in to the thrilling conclusion of Harriet Holmes: Sleep of Angels.

Private Eye Harriet Holmes takes a case to document the comings and goings of a popular Congressman for a mysterious client. Following a car from the Congressman's home, Holmes and her assistant Otis discover there may be more to the case than meets the eye in this noir style thriller.

In our New Years Eve special, the Lipstick Project (CT) team of extraordinary actors perform an Inspector Trompe-Loeil mystery! At the jazz supper club “Nothing But Treble”, the Inspector and Mademoiselle Quosonnt plan to ring in the New Year with a  when the evening’s plans hit a sour note: MURDER!

Inspector Trompe-Loeil and her able assistant Mademoiselle Quosonnt receive an telegram invitation to a dinner party at a strange house above the cliffs of the Wasteland Hills over Smugglers Bay where five furtive strangers who have received the same invitation are gathered.  A note is discovered that threatens the guests “one by one”.  ill anyone get out alive?

The Corpse Conductor invites you to listen to Nightmare Junction-our audio theater program celebrating Halloween.
First, The Call of the Trolley, an HP Lovecraft inspired tale written by Lana Peck. Then we return to the Snarflepoofs, America's "latest" toy-branded entertainment children's show purportedly written by the philosophy department of a junior college. we discuss the environment as it relates to an apple bobbing competition!

Nutmeg Junction News Anchors Deborah Goodman and Dan Willey begin to host an election special report when breaking news of a different sort changes the coverage.

Then the mystery solvers with their elephant friend Packy-Dermy-Poo try to solve the mystery of the Capitol Ghost!

Episode 29 of Nutmeg Junction features an all star cast  Darcy Abbott, Kurt Boucher, Nick Bourne, Rich Cyr, Robert C. Fullerton, Deborah Goodman, Jandi Hanna, Lana Peck, Jeff Savage, Sharon Waagner, Olivia Wadsworth, Dan Willey with Packy Dermy Poo as himself.

 In the second Halloween special for Nutmeg Junction (Nightmare Junction) the corpse conductor introduces us to the strange case of Dr. Horace Wells, which is based on a true story of a Dentist in Connecticut and may have been the inspiration for the story "Dr. Jeykll and Mr. Hyde".  

The second tale is a fun story of a poetry reading gone wrong! This one we plan to do LIVE for an audience very soon!

And as a bonus, there's a wonderful original song by Lana Peck called "Sweet Severed Head" which works perfectly for the Halloween special!

Featuring the Corpse Conductor, this pre-Halloween treat features the story of Daphne's Inferno (our version of Dante's Inferno) plus we learn the inspiration behind Edgar Allan Poe's poem The Raven
