    Nouvelle conversation cosmique avec Raphaël Berkane, un frère de lumière que j'ai rencontré il y a à peine une semaine au cours de la Retraite de Mouvement ("Movement Week") de Roye Gold, un des élèves du célèbre professeur en mouvement Israélien, Ido Portal en Thaïlande.

    On a partagé des moments de vie uniques, des conversations cosmiques nocturnes, après les 8 heures d'entraînement au mouvement quotidiennes, au cours desquelles, on a pu échanger sur nos différentes expertises, approches du mouvement, et même conceptions spirituelles de la vie.

    J'ai donc naturellement invité Raphaël sur le podcast pour qu'on puisse partager nos retours sur cet évènement, nos critiques constructives sur l'enseignement et sur les entraînements, mais aussi parler de danse, de mouvement et d'exploration de sa PHYSICALITÉ.

    Hollywood Stuntman: Peak Training for Action

    This episode features Hollywood Stuntman, Girvan "Swirv" Bramble who pushes himself to ALWAYS stay in fighting shape for cameras, and his endless pursuit to push his body to the max of top physicality, through his training, workouts, and nutrition.

    Girvan "Swirv" Bramble is a professional Hollywood Stuntman who has appeared in everything from "Ant Man," "Swat," and Tom Clancy's "Jack Ryan," to countless video games as "Call of Duty," and projects all over the Globe. "Swirv" is trained as a dancer/trickster, stunt performer and actor who is fluent in different styles of street dance and performance art. Mastering the art of bboying (break dance), hip-hop, and krump dance styles, he's also practiced various forms of Martial Arts for 13 years (taekwondo, boxing, kung fu) and gymnastics/tricking for 8 years. He also grew up playing sports through high school and college, with focus on football, basketball, volleyball and lacrosse.
