    In this episode we explore three learnings (each) from 2022.

    We did it without agreeing beforehand what our individual three would be - thought it would be interesting to see if we came up with similar or completely different ones. Turned out it was a blend - we had one that resonated.

    Looking back on the year is a terrific way of capitalising on what you have learned and thinking ahead about what you'd like to reflect on this time next year. Try it and let us know what YOU come up with! These were ours:

    Christopher:

    1. Needs change: keep checking on product/market fit.
    2. Persistent repetition gets results: leverage the aggregation of marginal gains.
    3. Ask! People are usually willing to help (if you ask in the right way.)

    Ayo:

    1. Practice Extreme Ownership: take responsibility for everything (but not necessarily the blame).
    2. Don’t worry about other people (what they think)
    3. Plan in detail - if you have a plan, you can change if you need to.
