31. The Angry Hat
Yelling, hitting, betraying and hurting. These are the types of behaviors we see manifested when someone is angry. It seems so obvious - he's angry and that's why he's doing those things. So, why talk about it? As it turns out, anger, its reality and its manifestations, are often misunderstood. This includes the anger ascribed to Melissa and Kerri as Black women. So, we decided: let's talk about what it means to wear the Angry Hat, dispel some myths and give some tips. Joining the co-hosts for this conversation is renowned expert Patrice Douglas, PsyD.
