My guest is Doug Semenick. Doug is a consultant, professional speaker, and workshop leader. He works out of Shelbyville, Kentucky. His primary focus is guiding companies in developing their leaders. One of his tools or processes involves forming Mastermind Groups. This conversation focuses on defining Mastermind Groups and the details about setting one up and participating in its operation. This is a conversation with Dr. Paschal Baute. He is a 93 year old blind veteran preparing to  launch a podcast named Grace, Grit, Hope.

We talk about the aspects of his life that have led up to his interest in interviewing people who exemplify those three traits.

Some of those activities are serving in the military, being a monk and Catholic Priest for sixteen years, being married for fifty-four years, raising a family, becoming a psycologist, and many other fascinating activties.
