We talk about things that might help you on the journey of self-love and healing your eating disorder. We talk about things you should stop and things you should change and implement. It is all about feeling not looking. 

    What gives me permission to talk about this? I had an eating disorder for 15 years and went through a major healing process. Now I want to give you little tips you can do alongside therapy to help you heal and level up.

    She is on a mission to teach other women how to eat and lift their way to the body of their dreams.
