    Jim Fried and co-host Andreas Senie are joined this week by special guests;  National Association of Realtor’s own Real Estate Technology Accelerator Executive Director Bob Gillespie to discuss all the capital being invested in the commercial real estate tech space and what the National Association of Realtors  are looking for. Also joining us for the for FriedonTech is respected Wall Street investment Banker for 4+ decades, and long time CRETech insider, Bradford Harries.

    Jim Fried has been a real estate business person since 1980 and has had his own radio show since 2009.

    Mr. Fried specializes in capitalizing commercial real estate transactions, unearthing urban land opportunities and is also a private lender.

    He has been active in the real estate industry for many years as a financial intermediary, broker and investor. He has experience with many property types including, but not limited to: apartments, condominiums, retail centers, office buildings, industrial parks and health care – with a special focus on memory care.

    Jim has closed over $3BB in real estate transactions during his career in markets across the eastern US.

    Jim uses his communication skills to inform and entertain on his weekly podcast show – Fried on Business. Of course, the show discusses real estate, but he also tackles issues such as branding, sports business, philanthropy, entrepreneurship, public private partnerships as well as health and wellness.

    He is also a mentor to many up and coming people in the real estate industry through his membership on the Board of The University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies.

    Mr. Fried is a winner of the Miami-Dade Public School Alumni Achievement Award.

    Jim Fried and Andreas Senie host this weeks Fried on Tech special guests. From the National Association of Realtor’s own Real Estate Technology Accelerator Executive Director, Bob Gillespie, joins in to discuss all the capital being invested in the commercial real estate tech space.  Gillespie also discusses what the National Association of Realtors are looking for in relation to tech.  Also joining them for Fried on Tech is respected Wall Street investment Banker Bradford Harries.  Bradford has 4+ decades of experience in the investment sector and is long time CRETech insider.

    Andreas Senie:

    Andreas has over 10 years experience in all aspects of the professional real estate industry.  Senie has served in leading roles in CRE tech solutions, including, MLS marketing platform, Agile CRM, Tenant Rep, and listing service, TenSource, Capital raising platform, RealConnex, and comprehensive integrated SaaS platform, 500apps. Mr. Senie also has over a decade of experience in brick & mortar real estate development and brokerage. Most notably the Senie’s are completing a $70 Million dollar mixed use project in Berlin, Massachusetts. Andreas also founded the first hybrid commercial real estate brokerage firm working within residential brokerage; EAC Properties at The Higgins Group.  The group services the tristate with over 400 agents, 15 offices combined, providing landlord representation, tenant representation, and buyer representation.

    Andreas holds a Masters Certification in Real Estate Development from Cornell University, studied Business Management at Fairfield University, & Property Management at Drexel University. He continues studies in real estate technology and practices.

    Bob is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in technology, leadership and operations. He believes that the ability to build great teams is the most important factor for success. Companies Bob has founded have gone on to raise over $60M in venture funding with a
