Here’s how I made Cheeseburger Bacon Brats this July 4th. Enjoy the summer! 

 

RECIPE

10 LBS PORK BUTT

2 LBS BACON

3 LBS BEEF OF DEER

5-10 TBSP SALT

6 TABLS WHTE PEPPER

3.5 TBSP MARJORAM

1 TBSP CARRAWAY SEED (GROUND)

1/2 TBSP GINGER

2 TBSP NUTMEG

5 TBSP GARLIC POWDER

1.5 bottles of water (20 ounces)

1.5 Tsp Cure

1-1.5 Pounds High Temperature Cheese
