-I want a brachioplasty but I’m wondering if it’s possible to extend the brachioplasty to remove my saggy back boob area too?

-I’ve had a breast reduction and lift; I was a H cup but now I wished I'd had implants to make then more fuller. Could anything be done to make them more fuller above the nipple area......and anything else that crops up!
