House of Yachts presenterer - HoY Pod.
En podcast hvor vi diskuterer båtmarkedet i inn- og utland basert på våre erfaringer som båtmeglere og entusiaster i en spennende og konkurransedrevet bransje.

Hostet av Sondre Klungland og Sindre Jacobsen.

#237 - Stand with Lt Colonel Stuart Scheller #standwithstu
Lt Col Scheller is an infantry officer with an exemplary career of five deployments and multiple senior awards including a Bronze Star, Army Commendation with “V” for Valor, 3 Meritorious Service Medals, 3 Navy Commendations. With 17 years in the Corps, Stu was just a few years away from retirement with a pension and benefits awaiting him, but none of that mattered more than doing what is right – demanding accountability.

Being a Veteran of War and a believer in the military code that says I have to follow direct orders UNLESS they are either illegal or immoral. This Marine is exempt from punishment because the gag order was both immoral (to keep him from appearing in court in a case AGAINST the US GOV) and illegal according the Constitution of The United States of America.

I completely support LTC Scheller. Please listen in to this podcast, which also includes the parents of this brave Marine on an interview with Laura Ingraham.

    242: Soccer Mom Seska

    242: Soccer Mom Seska

    Seska...What If?

Seska may be the character fans love to hate in Star Trek: Voyager. And sadly, or perhaps gladly, Seska met her demise at the beginning of Season 3. But what would have happened had Seska remained on Voyager for all seven seasons? How might the Voyagerstory have unfolded differently had Seska not in fact been a Cardassian spy, but instead an ordinary, run-of-the-mill (but still feisty) Bajoran?

In this episode of To The Journey, hosts Suzanne Williamson and Zachary Fruhling explore alternative directions that the character of Seska could have taken in Voyager. What if Seska and Chakotay had maintained a long-term relationship and raised a family together? What if Seska were actually a changeling instead of a Cardassian? What if, instead of the Delaney Sisters, Voyager had more than one twin or clone Seska Sisters? And how exactly is laundry done aboard Voyager, and what does that have to do with Seska?

    196: Water Squatters

    196: Water Squatters

    Thirty Days.

Of all the characters in Star Trek: Voyager, perhaps Tom Paris had the greatest degree of character growth during Voyager's run, developing from an immature ex-convict into a responsible Starfleet officer and helmsman, and a loving husband and father. The fifth-season episode "Thirty Days," however, sees Tom Paris once again in trouble with the law, and with Captain Janeway. But this time, the broken and newly demoted Ensign Paris spends his thirty days in the brig because he acted on his principles and his conscience, defying orders from the captain who gave him his second chance only five years before. In this episode of To The Journey, hosts Zachary Fruhling, Kay Shaw, and Suzanne Williamson share their thoughts on Tom's seafaring aspirations and on the inner struggles of Voyager's beloved fly-boy.

    066: The Time Monster

    066: The Time Monster

    "Suffering catfish!"

And they aren't the only ones suffering as Jim and Martin trudge through the lively four-part story The Time Monster, cunningly packaged as a six-part ordeal.

The Doctor dreams of the Master, the Master dreams of universal conquest and Jo dreams of a time when her alien colleague doesn't keep treating her like a particularly backward schoolgirl. Queen Galleia is icy, the Brig is frozen and Benton is a tad chilly in his birthday suit (well that's his excuse anyway).

Windows are left un-cleaned, Yates is doodle-bugged and Future Blackadder is swatted like a fly, while his countrymen flee from the Man-Sized Budgie of Ancient Lore.

All this and more padding than an Abzorbaloff cosplayer.

But does the story keep its head above the rising tide of plot inertia?

    Listen in to find out.
