Ross Emmett is the director of the Center for the Study of Economic Liberty and a Professor of pollical economy at Arizona State University. Prior to joining Arizona State University, Professor Emmett was a member of the faculty at James Madison College at Michigan State University. Mason Hunt is the Project Coordinator with the Center for the Study of Economic Liberty within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University. Prior to joining the Center, Mason worked for a non profit membership association of state legislators in Washington, DC. Together Professor Emmett and Mason work to produce the Doing Business North America Index.
