Today we’re heading over to Lucerne in Switzerland to join Marco Thali and Fabienne Zemp from Mount Pilatus.

Mount Pilatus is Lucerne’s landmark mountain.  Standing at 2,182 metres, Pilatus offers her visitors and overnight guests a whole host of winter activities which allow those of us who don’t ski, to enjoy the gloriously clear, crisp mountain air of a snowy winter wonderland with all of the typical Swissness one might expect.

Grab a warm mug of cocoa, sit back, and relax as we head over to one of Switzerlands premier mountain experiences.  This, is how you can truly enjoy a true winter break...in the low season of course....

Episode 34: Tracy Lui, Senior Assistant Director, Marketing & Communications, Mount Faber Leisure Group, Singapore

The cable car is one of Singapore’s oldest attractions, built in 1974. Covid had an impact on the number of riders in 2020 and Singapore’s Mount Faber Leisure Group, which markets the cable car as well as related attractions, has had to adjust its business to a 100% local market.

In this podcast Tracy Lui, Senior Assistant Director, Marketing & Communications, Mount Faber Leisure Group, reveals how the company got creative, took its “dining in a cable car” product to a whole new level so that customers can “fly” to certain destinations while enjoying themed dinners. It launched tours to get locals informed and inspired by the stories of the natural environment that surrounds Mt Faber Park. And it partnered with Singapore Airlines in a first class dining experience. It’s also working on a new product that will strengthen its appeal to the returning inbound traveller.
