Acceptance is powerful.
Many people mistakenly think that acceptance is giving up. They see it as the opposite of fighting.
I see it differently. Instead of being the opposite of fighting, I see acceptance as the opposite of pretending. When you stop pretending you open opportunities for deep wellbeing and connection.
