The Modern Resume: Helping Women Get Back into the Workforce

The Modern Resume: Helping Women Get Back into the Workforce

Single mom and entrepreneur Delphine Carter founded Boulo Solutions, cutting-edge technology for the modern resume. Delphine is helping moms and women with a nonlinear career path get back into the workforce.

    Bio:
As a businessperson, Delphine Carter noticed that a broader talent pool was needed for businesses to be successful. As a mom, she realized that having a career and being a caregiver was more exhausting than it should be. And it wasn’t just her feeling this way, there were hundreds of mothers in her community with valuable skills wanting to work but only able to if it looked a little bit different. In 2019, Delphine founded Boulo Solutions to educate businesses on the value women bring to a team and how offering flexibility can attract top talent without sacrificing company goals. Boulo, now generating over $1M in revenue, helps women stay in and return to the workforce by matching them with flexible job opportunities. In addition to building Boulo, Delphine finds herself on a ridiculous number of athletic fields supporting her two children’s passions.
