    Dan Lugo

    Dan Lugo

Dan Lugo,  President of Queens University of Charlotte, who started his higher ed career in admissions at Carleton College (his alma mater), presents a master class in leadership with lessons too many to list here, but here's a sample: "If you're going to maximize what you're going to do in life you have to experience failure ... and invite it."

Oh ... this episode is filled with more, so much more.

Cornfed Coaching - Ep. 22 Trevor Jones and Justin Crawmer

Cornfed Coaching - Ep. 22 Trevor Jones and Justin Crawmer

Trevor and Justin are currently playing for Carleton College in Minnesota. These guys played together for most of their childhood and both grew up in the Iowa soccer landscape. They give fantastic insight to what it's like playing in college and their experience in club and high school soccer over the last 5 years. It is a great listen for any player that wants to play in college or get better and for coaches and parents who want to learn more about the player's perspective.

***There were spots with lost audio, so we apologize to the listeners on the first few minutes. We jump in with Trevor talking about playing different positions.***

    Series Overview

    Series Overview

This unique podcast, Tales from a Bucket List Champ, begins with Season 1, comprised of seven episodes, ranging from the start of serious illness at college, and months at the Mayo Clinic, to a single year of jobs as a nanny, at Signet BankCard, and an English tutor/local guide to Saudi Nationals, to—finally—the long sought-after Halifax County, NC HS teaching job.  But the entire first season can be summed up handily as the double-edged sword of "Teach for America Saved My Life."

    What people are saying:

    "Bingeworthy!" — Sander G.

"I've been telling everyone looking for a podcast to check it out. Can't wait for Season 2!" — Makayla K.
