    CCR 95: Guests – Chris Harris/Tom Sorensen

    CCR 95: Guests – Chris Harris/Tom Sorensen
Cat Crave Radio has returned with Episode 95! Coaches are leaving. One was fired. One retired. We’ve got the story and the analysis.

This week, we welcomed Panthers’ fans favorite safety, Chris Harris, to the show. Chris has been raising money to aid those suffering in Haiti due to last week’s devastating earthquake. We spoke to him about this effort as well as about his feelings on facing Chicago, Jon Beason’s Pro Bowl snub and all things Panthers. We truly appreciate Chris for taking time out of his schedule to speak to us.

NOTE: Please donate to the Red Cross by texting “Haiti” to 90999. A $10 charge will be added to your cell phone bill that will go to aid those impacted by this disaster. To find out how to take advantage of Chris Harris’ offer, click here.

Tom Sorensen of the Charlotte Observer was back with us. He provided his insights into the team’s coaching vacancies as well as on the dead of the off season. As always, Tom provided invaluable information.

Nick Yeoman of You Tube came along for the ride to give us a fan’s perspective in our Panther Preview, Boom Or Bust and Pick ‘Em. As usual, Nick was his awesome self.

The Sound Off segment covers the answers we received on the previous Question of the Week – If John Fox leaves, who, besides Bill Cowher, would you like to see as the Panthers’ next head coach? There were some outstanding answers as well as one that was so funny we couldn’t help but include it!

While we’re are it, don’t forget the Question of the Week for next week – Who is your choice for team MVP for 2009? Call us on the CCR Hotline at 206-350-9673 and leave a message. We’ll play all the answers we get on next week’s show.

It’s all in the latest episode. Check it out and feel free to comment below.

Oh, yeah, one more thing…you can now subscribe to our show on iTunes! And one more thing…give us a follow over on Twitter.

    Thanks for listening! Enjoy!

    CCR 83: Buffalo Review/Arizona Preview

    CCR 83: Buffalo Review/Arizona Preview
Cat Crave Radio is back with Episode 83! The loss on Sunday to the Buffalo Bills left the Carolina Panthers at 2-4 and unsure of who the starting quarterback would be this weekend versus Arizona. We have complete reviews, previews and analysis. Our friend Tom Sorensen of the Charlotte Observer paid us a visit this week. Is all hope lost for this season? We discuss that along with John Fox and Jake Delhomme. Tom has been covering the team since day one and his insights are, as usual, invaluable.> The Arizona Cardinals started this slide our Panthers are on and that’s who we face on Sunday. Scott Allen of Raising Zona representing The Enemy joined us to provide some inside info on the team from the desert. We’ve been receiving quite a bit of voicemail this week so the Sound Off segment became awfully entertaining. Nick Yeoman of You Tube came along for the ride again. Check out his thoughts on Panther Preview, Boom Or Bust and Pick ‘Em. It’s all in the latest episode. Check it out and feel free to comment below. Oh, yeah, one more thing…you can now subscribe to our show on iTunes! And one more thing…give us a follow over on Twitter. And why not? One final thing…call us and leave a message on the Cat Crave Radio Hot Line at (206) 350-9673. Thanks for listening! Enjoy!

CCR 72: Training Camp Update with Guests Jeff Otah and Rip Scherer

CCR 72: Training Camp Update with Guests Jeff Otah and Rip Scherer
We are back with Episode 72 of Cat Crave Radio! Training camp continues for the Carolina Panthers but, unfortunately, not without incident. Steve Smith’s shoulder is now the big story over-shadowing last week’s already big story – Kemo’s achilles injury. We not only cover this big story but we check in with some key players we’ll all be keeping an eye on this season – Dwayne Jarrett, Richard Marshall, Tony Fiammetta and Everette Brown. We had a rare opportunity for an extended chat with quarterbacks coach Rip Scherer along with several other media members. He talked to us about Jake Delhomme, the backups and technique. It’s a very insightful conversation. And we got an exclusive interview with Jeff Otah. We talked to the big right tackle about Everette Brown, the team’s depth on the O-Line and the upcoming season.

CCR 67: Rivals Smack Talk Edition

CCR 67: Rivals Smack Talk Edition

Cat Crave Radio is back with Episode 67! This past week saw the end to the Julius Peppers saga for the Carolina Panthers - finally! And there was news other than that, believe it or not.

We tried something different this week. We invited bloggers for rival teams to join us for some smack talk. Two of them took the bait. Dustin Staggers of The Pewter Plank representing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Sean McNally of Blogging Dirty representing the Atlanta Falcons joined us. The New Orleans Saints couldn’t provide us with a blogger brave enough to take part.

The segment followed a simple format - we ask a question and they ask a question followed by one minute of smack talk. Check it out especially since we took the liberty of laying it on thick.

We also threw in a Rant Or Rave. Our topic this week - Twitter and its prevalent use among some NFL players.

Our old friend Nick Yeoman is still being prevented from joining us thanks to technical issues. But don’t forget his video blogs over on You Tube!
