Hello internet! Back with another episode with a good internet buddy Anthony. I give you the run down on him in the intro.

I have been vacant from this project for some time now despite this being recorded mid March this year. I had a very traumatic life situation and have been doing my best since then for the current situation and a lot of motivation for some things fell by the wayside. I have since this episode recorded two other episodes i will be getting out shortly along side this one and have several guests lined up. Very excited to get back into the swing of things for i enjoy this hobby so much! Enjoy!

This episodes guest is Stephanie Sawtelle. She is a good friend who is into sailing, horses, yoga, paddle boarding and anything with adventure in the recipe. She crews for me on my windmill which we have started traveling to compete in. She is a Equine specialist and has worked with horses for over 20 years.
