Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins is this weekâs guest on Deconstructing Dallas. He assumed office in 2011 after a successful election. On March 22, 2020, Judge Jenkins issued a shelter-in-place order for Dallas County residents in response to the coronavirus outbreak.
