Als Förderschullehrerin war sie 20 Jahre an vielen verschiedenen Schulen im gemeinsamen Lernen tätig. Zur Zeit leitet sie das Seminar sonderpädagogische Förderung im ZfsL Lüdenscheid. Sandra Mubaraka hat jede Menge Erfahrungen mit Kooperation in der Schule. Sie weiß, dass die Zusammenarbeit im Team anfangs anstrengend und zeitintensiv sein kann. Sie kennt aber auch die Chancen von Kooperation: Jeder kann seine Fähigkeiten bestmöglich einbringen, zum Nutzen für das ganze Team und auch für sich selbst. So entsteht eine Sinfonie!
