Who knows what’s best for a client? I do! At least that’s how I’ve felt at times, when I was attached to her results, her timeline, and what I thought she should do.

So today I’ll share something I’ve worked on for 23 years, including a big setback in my own Skills timeline (and how I was rude to Laura Doyle back then). I’ll reveal the approach I keep coming back to, so you can relax instead of doing the heavy lifting as a coach, all while making the world a better place.

Speaking of vulnerable, I’m having my own breakthrough as a coach. It came up just this week when talking about my ex, surprisingly.
