Her LinkedIn Learning course Unconscious Bias has been a huge success and her weekly newsletter Lead With Inclusion offers nuggets of wisdom in every article. Stacey emphasizes the importance of finding the right company fit, urging us to clarify our life goals before choosing an employer, and reminding us that financial stability shouldn't be compromised. Stacey encouraged us to embrace discomfort in DE&I conversations, and my favorite tip she shares, that you can revisit uncomfortable situations later for clarity and closure.
