Elle joined Compass as a Growth Manager in 2016 where she led the growth charge to go from 100 agents to 900 in just 4 short years. She now manages a team of 6 and they are working on growing the Southern part of Florida.
Elle’s roots began in real estate when she was an office manager for a real estate company in Rochester, NY while attending college there. She moved to Florida and worked for the reservation restaurant app, Resy, recently bought by American Express, which ultimately led her to come to Compass.
