Samantha Bessudo Drucker (formerly von Sperling), is a lifestyle guru, image consultant, journalist, host, and actress who has spent her entire career going above and beyond to help her clients achieve their goals.

She has appeared in print publications such as The New York Times, TIME Magazine, O The Oprah Magazine, Bloomberg Businessweek, and The Wall Street Journal, to name a few. By utilizing all her skills and training, Samantha has fulfilled requests from royal families, diplomats, politicians, celebrities, CEOs, companies big and small, and soccer moms. In this Episode, I'm going to take you behind the scenes of a rehab project I'm working on.  I bought a small condo just off of N Ross & E Glenn at Rossmere Condos in November.  The condo is currently rented, and I'm getting ready to do a major rehab on it at the start of 2021.  Right there you should have already realized this is going to be an interesting project!  Since I'm still at the beginning stage with this one, I'm going to talk to you about the decision process related to flipping it for resale or rehabbing it to rent for a year or longer.  I'm also going to take you through the process of determining the rehab budget, from cabinets and flooring all the way to door knobs & light fixtures.

And most importantly for first timers, in the Tips and Takeaways section, I'm going to share with you how I am handling the existing lease that goes through the end of July 2021.  That may be the most important lesson in the whole project!  This will be the first in a series that will take place over the next few months while the project moves forward.

Smoking in a condo is an issue! The smoke will travel through the fan coil system and could cause grief to other Residents in the building.  Then let's look at recycling,  environmentally we absolutely have to recycle.  Can you  imagine how much recycling comes out of condos? It is so important to do you part and RECYCLE.

Help Stop Condo Office because it will cost all Condo Owners $26 Million Dollars a year and don't be surprised if every year after that it increase. We need better legislation and fines to those who do not obey to the condo act.
