Covid 19 ( Coronavirus) has dishevelled our lives again, right around the time we were beginning to believe that things will be be normal again.

Last year was difficult and this year has been very disturbing in the last couple of months.

We are now adjusting more strongly to the fact that we will have to live with it and maintain caution at all times until a sustainable solution to the problem is found. Vaccine is so far being considered the only solution.

Breastfeeding mums and  Pregnant woman are a section of society that need a specific and circumstantial understanding of how this phase affects us mothers to be or breastfeeding mothers.
