    Nous sommes allés à la rencontre de Flavien et Brigida dans leur showroom Boffi dans le 2e arrondissement de Lyon.

    Boffi c'est un savoir faire Made in Italy et des produits de luxe dans le secteur de la cuisine. Le travail réalisé par Boffi est simplement exceptionnel en termes de finitions et de détails.


    Flavien est arrivé chez Boffi dans le cadre de son alternance il y a 6 ans. Il a fait ses armes auprès de Brigida, la "maman" du studio Boffi.  


    Ce Podcast se divisera en 2 parties :

    • Ce premier épisode porte sur Boffi et sa volonté de transmettre -à Flavien- son savoir et sa culture. Nous parlerons aussi du marché de l'architecture d'intérieur de la cuisine. 
    • Le 2e épisode sortira dans 1 mois et sera consacré à Bridiga. Nous parlerons de sa vie, son parcours et ses anecdotes !

    Après Nicole Hélène-Gabrielle et Norbert, j'ai décidé cette semaine de vous repartager un épisode particulier, celui de Micheline. Il est particulier, car Micheline, c'est la maman de ma meilleure amie❤️ et que les souvenirs de sa maman étaient un cadeau que je tenais absolument à lui faire ❤️ 


    Micheline est née en 1943, à Pau dans le Béarn



    Avant que la guerre ne batte son plein, ses parents, avaient franchi la ligne de démarcation et fui en zone libre pour se protéger des allemands mais aussi pour que pour que son père, architecte, puisse exercer librement sa profession. Courageux et travailleur, ce dernier fit fortune dans l’achat et la revente de grands hotels, ce qui permit à Micheline de passer ses premières années dans une magnifique et immense propriété bourgeoise, qui, outre le fait d’être « sa maison », était aussi, durant toutes ces années de guerre, un havre de sécurité, pour  des  dizaines de juifs venus s’y réfugier. 



    Pour accueillir tout ce petit monde, s’activaient nombre de cuisinières, valets de chambre, lingères, et autre personnel de maison. C’est avec eux, dans l’effervescence des cuisines, que Micheline, petite fille unique, passait ses journées. 



    Au fur et à mesure de l'interview, les souvenirs de Micheline, mais aussi les odeurs, les sensations, les bruits… remontent à la surface, pour notre plus grand plaisir.
