We all live with some form of stress. When I was in the newspaper business, we dressed it up by calling it “creative tension” which meant we felt more stress as the daily deadline approached. We’d start the day slowly, but by the time the press deadline approached, we were running around the newsroom like chickens with our heads cut off. The price of that constant “creative tension” was early burnout.
