    #4: How Could Tracking Your Emotions Help You?
    How could tracking your emotions help you? Interesting question isn't it? How could tracking your emotions help you? Well, I thought this was a great idea that I heard in a podcast show quite some time ago, but I never got around to doing it but I always wanted to do it. Just before I headed overseas this year for a golf tour and a trip around the south of england with my husband, I just felt it was time to track my emotions and see if there were any patterns coming up. I wanted to know how I responded to situations that came up and how I reacted to other situations. I recorded my emotions for the next 20 days to see what went on. Now I did this at the time I was writing my book and I wanted to get it done before I was leaving to travel to Spain and Portugal for the golf tour. After I returned from the trip I had a clear head and revisited the information that I had recorded. It was very interesting what came up. There was absolutely no judgement of how I responded to situations - I just looked at them in how I could improve myself to grow and learn. To hear more of the detail that was in the diary, ensure you listen to the video. Then what I learned about how I could improve myself. My challenge and request to you is to do the same. Record your emotions for the next 20 days with no judgement and discover more about how you respond to certain situations. For all the details ensure you watch the video.
