    Did you know that research shows that your tastebuds regenerate every 2 weeks and the more you eat the fruits and veggies, the better they will taste and processed foods will taste more...well...processed?

    It’s not your fault that some food are so addictive—-we are eating more and more processed foods which doesn’t allow our tastebuds to welcome whole foods and the food industry make them salty, sugary, and fatty (and not the good fat) to purposely make food more addictive (and not to mention the convenience and marketing campaigns they employ.)
