Ce dispositif départemental, gratuit et ouvert à tous, propose près de 70 rendez-vous d'avril à juin afin de découvrir différentes activités bien-être en passant de la gym douce, au yoga, à du dragon boat à la marche-nordique. 

Dans cet épisode "tuto", c'est Lali Lemaire, apprentie au service des sports du Département, qui présente en détail l'opération.

Pink Phoenix Dragon Boat Team is a non-profit group celebrating their 25th Anniversary this year. Pink Phoenix is the first all breast cancer survivor dragon boat team in the United States. Jan Walker, President of the non-profit will be here to talk about how this team was created, why it is still so important that it is thriving after 25 years and the sense of community it gives it's members!
