One of my team asked me what advice I would give to a graduate as she had been set this task for her niece. She wanted advice that wasn't the standard cliched response so I put some thought into it and decided to make it the topic of this week's podcast.
Here are the advice she was tasked to provide:

This is a worthwhile exercise to go through if you know a child who is approaching graduation. It is equally valuable for college students, and for yourself too. What advice would you give your 18 year old self?
It is never too later to make a new ending to your story and it starts with reflecting on life, what you enjoy, what you don't enjoy, what inspires you, what motivates you, and what you want your future to look and feel like.
