In today’s episode I talk about DREAMS. I'm sharing 8 different types of dreams; how you can remember your dreams more often; how to interpret your dreams in a way that feels right for you; and how to use your dreams as a healing and spiritual experience.

I dream a lot and always have. I've recently shared a video sharing some of the instances where my deceased father came to visit in my dreams and how we developed a kind of transcendental relationship.

And lots of you seemed to be interested in this topic and asked me to talk more about dreams. And because I love this topic, I want to give it a little bit of structure so I'm splitting this episode in 4 parts:
