Afro house

African music mixed with a house beat. Afro house is a subgenre of house music, with its roots predominantly in South Africa. A fusion of kwaito, tribal, deep and soulful house music, in South Africa, it is classed as deep house or soulful house, although it has its own unique sound and is reflected in the musical style – particularly in the "stripped back" original percussion sounds and rhythms of South African culture.

This mix includes many of the tunes I used in my warm up set at Club Fratelli for the visit of German Trance Legends Stoneface and Terminal and Ronski Speed. These both were classic nights at Fratelli Club with the crowd going off right from the start of the night. I will not forget either of these sets and have to say I loved my 2nd and 3rd trance sets just as much as my first with Blank and Jones

This is a 5 hour set recorded live from Club Fratelli. This was a dream come true for me to be playing alongside the Godfather of Global Underground and one half of Way Out West Mr Nick Warren. The first 2 hours 45 minutes is me and the final 2 hours 15 mins Nick. I think it is fair to say we rocked it, I hope you enjoy the mix as much as we did making it!
