After the Buzzer: NBA Finals Game 1 Reactions

After the Buzzer: NBA Finals Game 1 Reactions

On todays' docket we have to acknowledge the presence that is Nikola Jokic.  A fantastic big man who we have dubbed the official 2023 MVP regardless of who received the hardware, and someone we debate on today's pod for whether or not he finishes his career among the greats of all time.

More importantly the Denver Nuggets have absolutely shown why they deserve every praise that has been heaped upon them heading into this very exciting NBA Finals and we discuss exactly how they were able to bring it to the Miami Heat in Game 1.

On the flip side of things, while they didn't have the game that they wanted to, all signs point to the Miami Heat showing up in Game 2 a much better and hopefully more rested team that could go off at any moment.  While a poor shooting performance plagued their team for Game 1, it's almost impossible for them to shoot as bad as they did and they will undoubtedly be working very hard to make sure that this is a competitive series.

Who do we think will take the series? And more importantly, who do we hope comes out with their first NBA Title?  All of this and more on this week's pod!

    See you next week!

    Good Vibes and Love,
