In this meditation Tony Gyenis creates a short yet easy to listen to journey to help clear/activate your Earth Star Chakra. This area is much like roots from a tree going deep into the ground. Bring a plant close to you so you can touch the soil, stem or leaves on the plant during the meditation to connect further into your grounding. 

This meditation was specifically created for those that want to keep their Earth Star clear and open to messages from our beloved Earth through the ground it brings in. It is an effective meditation as it only takes about 20 minutes. Listen before you start your day or just before you go to bed.

Please do not operate heavy machinery, drive, work, or do activity while listening. Turn off your phones and get into a quiet space so you won't be interrupted as this time is for you.
