This episode of Barbarian Noetics features my good friend and fellow fighter-of-the-good-fight Pete Koeneman, who joins us all the way from Maui, Hawaii. We talk about conquering hardship and addiction, techniques to overcome those inevitable tough life obstacles, and nontheoretical ways of effectively building a better tomorrow. Pete opens up about how it feels to be a new Dad and to raise a child in today's world, and how he and his radiant wife Melissa (also a good homie) balance the practicalities of parenting with teaching a child the skills and mindset necessary to thrive in such a rapidly changing world.
We also discuss the medicinal tree Kratom and its many health and wellness benefits.
