In today's episode of The World Spins FIne On Her Own we speak about the story of Prince William flew to New York on Monday for a two-day visit during which he attended the second Earthshot Prize Innovation Summit, an event which coincides with both Climate Week NYC and the 78th session of the UN General Assembly, and where the finalists were unveiled.

• A San Francisco McDonald’s is being sued after a woman in her 80s allegedly sustained “severe burns” from a scalding cup of coffee and was refused help by store employees.

• Over 58,000 pounds of ground beef products have been recalled due to possible E. coli contamination.

• Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., said she will not be going on another date with the man she was removed from a musical with in an incident earlier this month.

• YouTube has suspended comedian and influencer Russell Brand from monetizing content amid allegations of sexual assault that came to light this week.

• Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said Monday that staff for the chamber’s Sergeant-at-Arms — the Senate’s official clothes police — will no longer enforce a dress code on the Senate floor. The change comes after Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman has been unapologetically wearing shorts as he goes about his duties.

• Debris from a missing F-35 Lightning II stealth fighter jet have been located in South Carolina about two hours north of where a pilot ejected and parachuted to safety.

This year Earthshot prize took place at Boston, USA. The Earthshot Prize was designed to find and grow the solutions that will repair our planet this decade. Each Winner of the 5 categories will get £1 million to regenerate the place we all call home in the next ten years.
