The show begins with a chat with Mark Askew, current committee member and former chairman of Distington RLFC. Askew discusses the club's plans to bid for promotion to the NCL, and Dave discusses their recent 50-8 win over Glasson Rangers.

Our hosts round-up of results from the North West Mens League, Yorkshire Mens League, and beyond. They discuss the latest news from those leagues, including the abandoned game between Golborne Parkside and Burtonwood.

The show then turns its attention to the NCL. Dave and Ste discuss East Leeds' end-of-season renaissance and their 20-6 victory at Shaw Cross. They also speak to East Leeds head coach Rob Roberts about the win and his plans for the future.
