    Dermatology and critical care cases may seem quite different, but there are more similarities than you may think. Setting client expectations, considering long-term management and prioritizing treatment in certain cases are important whether it is for a patient with DKA or allergies. 
    Dr. Justine Lee, DVM, DACVECC, DABT joins me on the podcast today to give her view as a criticalist managing skin and ear cases. As the CEO of VETgirl, Dr. Lee is an expert on teaching veterinarians how to manage cases in the ER setting.
