Eco anxiety, or climate change anxiety, whatever you want to call it, it's a fear of global warming and what it's doing to our planet.

Climate anxiety is becoming increasingly common and today we're going to discuss how to overcome this green anxiety!

We'll even cover some sustainable living tips, eco-friendly products, how to live a more sustainable lifestyle with eco-conscious habits.
