“A Conversation with Edie Falco” (Re-release)

“A Conversation with Edie Falco” (Re-release)

She’s most famous for her role as Carmela Soprano, the long-suffering wife of mob boss Tony Soprano played by Jim Gandolfini. Now, the long-running TV series has found a new audience, young people who can’t get enough of the New Jersey crime family. Falco has moved on to other roles. She played Hillary Clinton in the mini-series “Impeachment: American Crime Story.” And she’s starring in an off-Broadway play called “Morning Sun.” We talk about acting, motherhood and why she’s chosen to be a vegan and a Buddhist. “Now What?” is produced with the help of Steve Zimmer, Annika Hoiem and Alex Wolfe. Audio production is by Nick Ciavatta.

Ep. 017 *NO CHRISTMAS MOVIES HERE! - I Will Follow / Outside In / Fundamentals of Caring

Ep. 017 *NO CHRISTMAS MOVIES HERE! - I Will Follow / Outside In / Fundamentals of Caring
Instead of holiday movies, we are gonna dive into three feel good movies that will give you the "warm and fuzzies"...The first is a touching film about life, death, and moving on entitled I Will Follow, the second examines a new style of "teacher/student relationship" in Outside In, and Paul Rudd shows us how to overcome life's troubles in the Fundamentals of Caring. All three can be found on Netflix.

    A Conversation With Edie Falco

    A Conversation With Edie Falco

She’s had great roles on Broadway and on television. Edie Falco played a prison officer in Oz and the drug-addicted Jackie Peyton on Nurse Jackie. But Falco’s breakout role was starring as Carmela Soprano, the long-suffering wife of mob boss Tony Soprano on The Sopranos, one of the best series ever on television. Falco is also a vegan, a Buddhist, a single mother and as far away from a diva as you can get. I talked to her about how she tries to live every moment as it comes. “Now What?” is produced with the help of Steve Zimmer, Gabe Zimmer, Tay Glass and Alex Wolfe. Audio production is by Nick Ciavatta.
