In this New Year's Day special I chat through my ideas for making sure that January 2020 is a positive and exciting month rather than the gloomy one that it can often feel like. This is all about fighting the cliche that is the January blues and turning things on their head (without going on an extreme diet or exercise regime).

Cher's back from a wonderful day trip in Paris and she's got loads of tips to share. We also talk about my shift to using an acid exfoliant in the morning, a great new fake tan concept, veg boxes and veganism and there's even mention of some of the books we've been loving.
