    (01:14) How did you get on this little entrepreneurial journey and end up where you are today?

    (06:35) Were you set up for fast growth? Did you have systems in place and everything for that growth? Were you prepared for that growth, or was there a lot of scrambling?

    (09:16) So you had enough things in place outside of the ad agency to handle that rapid growth type of thing, or do you not think it was that rapid?

    (12:57) So when you moved over and started started focusing on helping business owners or e-commerce business owners with their email marketing, email deliverability, did you put the same steps in place? Where you really interviewed your market?

    (18:03) So how do you get in front of those people, your ideal clients?

    בתיאוריה זה נשמע פשוט. הבעיה עם מדידת עבירוּת מיילים היא שזה לא כל כך פשוט…

    במערכות דיוור אין dash-board שמדווח למדוור כמה מיילים ששלח הגיעו לתיבת הספאם אצל הנמענים השונים.

    הסיבה לכך היא שהפרוטוקול למשלוח וקבלה של דוא"ל אינו מדווח על כך. אין הבדל מבחינת שרת הדוא"ל המקבל אם הוא מקבל "דואר זבל" או דואר לגיטימי. הוא רק מדווח "קיבלתי". סינון הספאם קורה לאחר שהמייל התקבל (delivered). 

    לכן כדאי גם לא להתבלבל בין delivery (מייל שהגיע לשרת המקבל) לבין deliverability (ניתוב מיילים על ידי מסננות ספאם אל ה-Inbox או ל-Junk Folder). אלו שני דברים שונים. בעוד ש-delivery (שלפעמים מוצג במערכות דיוור) מחשב את כמות המיילים שהועברו (בניכוי המייל שחזרו מסיבות שונות), deliverability הוא נתון שהרבה יותר קשה לקבל.
