Join us in exploring Emerging Leadership with Chelsea Simpson. With so much unknown, and complexity in today's world, leaders need to develop a deeper capacity to navigate these spaces and develop internal listening skills and presence. Chelsea is the founder of Emerging Leaders Project, a leadership incubator for social entrepreneurs, and an organizational multi-hyphenate (facilitator, executive coach, organizational development consultant, teacher, and trainer).
As "bridge person," she is skilled at working with diverse global leaders and demographics to meet the dynamic challenges of a VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous). From corporate executives to students, from different industries, sectors, generations, and regions- she equips leaders, teams, and organizations for self-sustaining adaptation and innovation.
Chelsea also trains business leaders in emotional intelligence with Daniel Goleman, and teaches at the Parsons School of Design in NYC. She is an avid gardener and loves long meals, jazz music, and the ocean.
