    I believe we all have them... phrases, habits, beliefs, stories... gifted - GIVEN to us. 
    And that becomes a part of out gifted default programing & conditioning that then dictates the rest of our life.  Whoa, sounds pretty serious huh? 
    It is. And it can all be shifted with compassionate inquiry to detach these things from your identity. 
    Then you GET to choose your CHOSEN default programming.
