#57 | Discovering Manifestation Through My Scars

#57 | Discovering Manifestation Through My Scars

In this week’s episode, Rachel talks about scars. Scars tell the story of our road map. She shares various examples of the scars she has and how she got them. One scar, in particular, is a reminder of our ability to manifest and create our reality.

Scars can carry various emotions and experiences for each of us. We are all unique and have our own stories to tell. Some scars are visible, some are internal, and some we work hard to conceal.

However, if we change the mindset we have around our scars to that of survival we may grow to love and appreciate them more and more. It is up to us to decide.

(Self-Care Wednesday) How to move on from the past right now

(Self-Care Wednesday) How to move on from the past right now

    CLP Episode 20

    Self Care Wednesday

When you think about unhealed and untreated wounds, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Is that they become irritated and infected or they become breeding grounds for germs and bacteria. Eventually, if not treated properly with the care it may bring death and decay will take over.  That sounds very sad but in fact it true in most cases. Now let us look at our physical life in a sense of being left unattended by love, for example, someone cheating on you, or they abandon you, someone did you wrong, or the other way around. These past hurts can be anything that is causing you to not being able to move on from it. So how do we do it how do we move one? It’s a question many of us ask ourselves each time we experience heartache or emotional pain: how do you let go of past hurts and move on? Well, let’s look at my experience on how I dealt with my past hurts and broke free from them in 5 steps I did faithfully to be happy right now.

    CRACK THE PLASTIC PART 2

    CRACK THE PLASTIC PART 2
Today's episode continues on the theme of plastic surgery gone wrong. Men, teens and even seniors are going under the knife. Although the procedure is called "plastic" surgery, we need to know that we are made of flesh and blood and sometimes the healing process doesn't quite go as planned. Many are dissatisfied, disfigured, or even die in the process of trying to become one of the "beautiful people." Studies show that although changes to the outside may be made, the inside image sometimes stays the same, and many who have undergone procedures feel that they look the same. The attempt to "fix" our inner issues with the scalpel fails because the hole in the soul, or the wounds of childhood can only be fixed by going inward and expressing the suppressed pain that oftentimes result in depression, or anger turned inward. Beauty is not enough of a defense mechanism to heal the ugliness of our dysfunctional core beliefs. Today, Walt and Dr. Judy shrunk the tune Wrecking Ball, by Miley Cyrus to illustrate how we cause chaos in our lives, including acting out our emotional pain against ourselves and destroying ourselves and others around us.
