Me and my man C-Reality (the Grand Organix crew) did a show on WBAI 99.5fm in NYC, spinning raw underground, classic hip hop from about '97 to 2007, during a 24-hour Hip Hop Takeover special. Joints that have been gone and forgotten about, but resonate in our deeeeep crates. It was a 2-hour show, and this is my set from the 1st. There are a few 7 to 10 second dropouts during this mix, as i had to grab a copy of the show from the radio stations often unreliable website re-stream. If you can get past that, this is a really good representation of where good hip hop....contrary to the non-inspiring joints of the present day mainstream crap. Listen to it, download it, and pass it on to others. OR, you can do me a favor and direct them to my site here so they can grab many styles while browsing. Thanks for checkin it out.
