Ep 6: How to "Crush" Your Limiting Beliefs

Ep 6: How to "Crush" Your Limiting Beliefs

In the personal development world, the term “limiting beliefs” gets used quite a bit. This episode is dedicated to putting beliefs under the microscope. We'll explore what beliefs truly are and how you can simply put down what’s no longer working for you without demonizing it. It all starts with a practical, yet radical, self-acceptance that is at the heart of living a free life.

    -

    SHOW NOTES

Aside from traveling being fun and something that gives you great stories to tell those back home, it is also an incredible way to learn about yourself and about others. You gain so many invaluable experiences from doing so. In this episode, we have Lifestyle Conversationalist Jesse Ortiz talk about how travel has helped him grow. Jesse's story is unique in that he hasn't necessarily traveled far and wide like many other entrepreneurs (he is a father of four). However, that doesn't mean that you can't learn from traveling to another part of your country, be it another state, province, region, etc. His take and advice on doing so is the subject of this podcast.
