    Kathy Kuhl survived a bout with ependymoma, a rare type of cancer associated with a tumor of the spinal cord.  However, once she was in post-treatment mode, she discovered sources of support were difficult to find.  That’s when she and her husband found Walk Talk Connect, a support group for those diagnosed with tumors of the brain and spinal cord.  This is her story.

    Jim and Ashley are the parents of Princess Zoey.  At 3 years of age Zoey was diagnosed with brain cancer and was forced to go through surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy before beginning her long road to recovery.

    Jim and Ashley tell their story of past 18 months since Zoey's diagnosis, including both the challenges and the amazing support they received.

    As a result of the incredible support they received, they've decided to pay it forward and start a nonprofit organization, Soon I Will Run, Inc, to help families going through similar challenges along with advancing research in the field of pediatric cancer treatment.
